Open an exam report
- Go to app.opexams.com.
- Open the course that contains the exam.
- Select the exam.
- Open the Reports, Student reports, Summary, or Answers tab if it is available.
When reports become available
Reports are usually available only after:- The exam has ended.
- Answers that need manual grading have been graded.
- Grades or reports have been published for students.
What you may see in the report
Depending on the exam setup, your report can include:- Final grade: your score for the exam.
- Question results: how you performed on each question.
- Answer review: your submitted answers and the correct answers, when your teacher allows this.
- Learning outcome or tag reports: performance grouped by skill, topic, or learning outcome.
- Teacher feedback: notes or grading comments, when provided.
Understanding unavailable reports
If you cannot see your report, it usually means one of these things:- The exam has not finished yet.
- Grading is not complete.
- The teacher has not published results.
- Reports are not enabled for this exam.
- You are opening the wrong course or organization.
