After an exam is finished and grading is complete, you may be able to view your grades and performance reports. Reports help you understand your overall result, your answers, and your performance across different questions or learning outcomes.

Open an exam report

  1. Go to app.opexams.com.
  2. Open the course that contains the exam.
  3. Select the exam.
  4. Open the Reports, Student reports, Summary, or Answers tab if it is available.
The exact tabs you see depend on the exam type and what your school or teacher has chosen to publish.

When reports become available

Reports are usually available only after:
  • The exam has ended.
  • Answers that need manual grading have been graded.
  • Grades or reports have been published for students.
If the exam is still ongoing or pending grading, the report page may show that reports are not ready yet.

What you may see in the report

Depending on the exam setup, your report can include:
  • Final grade: your score for the exam.
  • Question results: how you performed on each question.
  • Answer review: your submitted answers and the correct answers, when your teacher allows this.
  • Learning outcome or tag reports: performance grouped by skill, topic, or learning outcome.
  • Teacher feedback: notes or grading comments, when provided.
Some sections may not appear for every exam. For example, tag reports require the exam questions to have tags or learning outcomes assigned to them.

Understanding unavailable reports

If you cannot see your report, it usually means one of these things:
  • The exam has not finished yet.
  • Grading is not complete.
  • The teacher has not published results.
  • Reports are not enabled for this exam.
  • You are opening the wrong course or organization.
If you believe the report should be visible, contact your teacher or exam administrator.

Requesting a re-grade

For paper assignments or exams where re-grade requests are enabled, you may see an option to request a review of your grade. Use this option only when you need your teacher to check a specific answer or grading decision.
