# Viewing Reports as a Supervisor

> Use course and exam reports with supervisor access.

Supervisors can use reports to follow student performance without editing the course or exam.

## Course reports

From an assigned course, open **Reports** to review course-level performance. Course reports are useful when you need a broader view across exams, students, or learning outcomes.

If reports are not visible or look incomplete, check that:

* The supervisor was added to the correct course.
* The relevant exams have finished.
* Answers that require grading have been graded.
* The exam questions include the tags or learning outcomes needed for tag-based reports.

## Exam reports

From an exam, open **Reports** to review exam-level reporting. Depending on the exam setup, reports may include general performance, question reports, student reports, or tag-related analysis.

Reports can be unavailable until the exam is finished and grading is complete. If the exam is still a draft, upcoming, ongoing, or pending grading, some report areas may show an empty or not-ready state.

## Read-only behavior

Supervisors can review report data but cannot change the exam setup, import answers, print papers, edit grading regions, or publish grade changes from the hidden operational pages.
