To create a Form a Sentence question: 1. In the Questions tab, click on the "**Add new question**" button. 2. Then under Questions, select "**Form a Sentence**". 3. This will direct you to the interface where you can formulate your question. 4. Click on the "**Add word**" button to add the first phrase. 5. After writing the question and all the phrases, arrange the correct sequence of the phrases in the answer box by clicking the \*\*up-facing-arrows icon \*\*⏫. 6. If you've added the wrong phrase to the answer box, hover over it and click the \*\*down-facing-arrows icon \*\*⏬ to move it down. ![](https://doocs.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com/6nmnO3lKpmcwjIJZCcfgPFrXa5PMUC7/Form-a-Sentence-Questions-GIf1.gif) **In the Form a Sentence question type, users can:** 1. Add unlimited phrases to the question. 2. Edit any phrase by hovering over it and clicking the **pencil icon**. 3. At the top right corner, click on "**Preview Exam**". 2. Choose either Smartphone or Desktop view and click "**Preview**". 3. On the instructions page, click "**Enter Exam**" to start previewing. 4. Locate the question with the same number as where you created it. 5.
